01Method
- 1
Combine water, pineapple juice, brown sugar, tamari, garlic, ginger paste, and onion powder in a resealable bag. Remove half a cup of the marinade, whisk in the tapioca flour, and set aside. Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces, add to the bag, seal, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
- 2
Activate the Saute function on a multi-functional pressure cooker. Heat the oil, then add the red pepper flakes and beef pieces, discarding the bag marinade. Cook, stirring, until the beef is browned on all sides, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- 3
Arrange the bell peppers, onion, and carrots in a steamer basket and set the basket on top of the meat. Press Cancel.
- 4
Secure and lock the lid. Set the cooker to high pressure following the manufacturer's guidance and program a 3-minute cook time. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to fully build.
- 5
Use the quick-release method to carefully depressurize the cooker, approximately 5 minutes. Unlock and lift off the lid, then gently remove the vegetable basket and set it aside.
- 6
Return to the Saute function and add the noodles. Pour in the reserved tapioca-thickened marinade and stir until the sauce coats everything and thickens. Fold in the cooked vegetables and toss well. Dish into bowls immediately and top with everything bagel seasoning and green onion.
