Is it really free to start?
Yes. You get 7 days of full Premium with no card required. Afterwards your account stays free with recipe browsing and favourites; a new weekly meal plan and the shopping list are part of the Premium and Family plans.
How does allergen filtering work?
Flag any of 14 allergens once in your profile and recipes containing them are not suggested in your plans. The data is approximate, so always check the label.
Can I change meals I don’t like?
On Premium and Family (and during the 7-day trial), ask for a different meal, a day, or the whole week. The shopping list recalculates instantly.
Does it work for my diet?
Set calorie and macro targets and dietary preferences — plans adapt across 3,000+ human-reviewed recipes and ten dish groups.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Every new account automatically gets 7 days of full Premium — you only add a card if you decide to stay.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel your Premium subscription any time from your account settings.
How does the Family plan work?
Add up to 5 more household members — each with their own portion (half for a child, say), allergens and attendance (lunch at school, the weekend at grandma's). You get one meal plan and one shopping list that only counts the people who are actually eating at home. Switch from Premium to Family any time; the price difference is prorated.
