Yes. The Free plan is free forever — a weekly meal plan, an auto shopping list and all 14 allergens. Every new account also gets 7 days of full Premium to try, no card required.
How does allergen filtering work?
Flag any of 14 allergens once in your profile and we exclude them from every generated plan and shopping list, automatically.
Can I change meals I don’t like?
Regenerate a single meal, a day, or the whole week. The shopping list recalculates instantly.
Does it work for my diet?
Set calorie and macro targets and dietary preferences — plans adapt across 3,000+ human-reviewed recipes and ten dish groups.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Every new account automatically gets 7 days of full Premium — you only add a card if you decide to stay.
