01Method
- 1
Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to preheat.
- 2
Turn a Mason jar lid upside down and cover it with a 5-inch piece of aluminum foil, folding the edges up to create a round egg mold. Coat the inside with nonstick spray, then crack the egg into the mold and season with salt and pepper.
- 3
Put the egg mold and the frozen sausage patty side by side in the air fryer basket and cook for 4 minutes. Flip the sausage patty, then add the English muffin halves cut-side up and continue cooking for another 4 minutes.
- 4
Lay one muffin half on a sheet of parchment paper. Layer on the cheese, sausage patty, and cooked egg, then close with the second muffin half. Wrap tightly and serve on the go.
