01Method
- 1
Collect all the ingredients and prepare your workspace.
- 2
Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and set it aside.
- 3
Arrange the bottom halves of both croissants cut-side up on the baking sheet. Divide the ham and Havarti slices evenly over each croissant base.
- 4
In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, Dijon mustard, and honey together until smooth. Brush the cut side of each croissant top with a little of the olive oil mixture, then place the tops cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- 5
Bake until the cheese is fully melted and the ham is warmed through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- 6
While the sandwiches bake, toss the arugula with the remaining olive oil mixture in a bowl until well coated. Once the croissants come out of the oven, pile the dressed arugula over the melted cheese and cap with the croissant tops. Serve right away.
