01Method
- 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather all ingredients.
- 2
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with cooking spray. Using a serrated knife, slice the rolls horizontally in half, keeping the top and bottom halves each in one connected piece. Arrange the bottom half cut-side up on the prepared sheet.
- 3
Distribute about half the cheese evenly across the bottom rolls.
- 4
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and most of the ranch dressing mix until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
- 5
Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the cheese-topped bottom rolls, then scatter the remaining cheese on top.
- 6
Set the top rolls over the filling, cut-side down. Brush the tops and sides with melted butter, then sprinkle the remaining ranch dressing mix over the tops.
- 7
Bake until the cheese is fully melted, the tops are golden brown, and the filling is heated through, about 10 minutes. Slice into 12 individual sliders and serve right away.
