01Method
- 1
Fill a large pot with well-salted water and bring to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until just tender but still slightly firm, about 12 minutes.
- 2
While the pasta cooks, brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it into chunky pieces, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
- 3
In a small bowl, combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, water, sherry, sesame oil, cornstarch, and brown sugar, whisking until smooth.
- 4
Add the olive oil to the same skillet and raise the heat to medium-high. Add the bell pepper, onion, snow peas, celery, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry until the vegetables are just tender, about 5 minutes, then return the beef to the pan and stir to combine.
- 5
Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet along with the sauce. Toss everything together and cook until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the noodles, about 3 minutes. Serve right away, topped with sliced green onions.
