01Method
- 1
Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Line the basket with parchment paper and coat it with nonstick spray, then set aside.
- 2
Mix the flour and yogurt together in a bowl. Flour your hands and work the dough until it forms a smooth ball, then cut it into 4 equal portions.
- 3
On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a rope about 10–12 inches long. Join the two ends to form a ring. Arrange the rings in the air fryer basket so they don't touch, and spray them with nonstick spray.
- 4
Air-fry until the donuts begin to turn golden, about 3½–4 minutes. Flip each donut and continue cooking until evenly browned, another 3–4 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
- 5
Whisk together the powdered sugar and heavy cream in a small bowl until smooth. Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze and set them on a wire rack to firm up, about 5–6 minutes.
