- 1
Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- 2
In a medium bowl, whisk the Alfredo sauce together with the milk until combined. Spoon a thin layer of the sauce mixture across the bottom of the prepared dish. Arrange one-third of the potato slices over the sauce, then scatter some Parmesan on top along with a little salt and pepper.
- 3
In a separate bowl, stir together the ham, broccoli, and most of the Swiss cheese. Spread one-third of this filling over the potatoes. Repeat the layering — potatoes, then ham mixture — finishing with the remaining Swiss and Parmesan on top. Pour the rest of the Alfredo sauce evenly over everything.
- 4
Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 45 minutes.
- 5
Lower the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C), remove the foil, and continue baking until the potatoes are fully tender, approximately 25 more minutes. Allow the dish to rest for 10–15 minutes before cutting and serving.
